High-precision parts CNC machining at Jlypt's smart manufacturing facility

CNC Parts Machining Services from China

Sourcing machined parts from China comes down to two questions: can the supplier hold the tolerances on your drawing, and can they do it consistently across every batch? This page explains what JLYPT machines, which materials we work with, how parts are inspected before they ship, and what you can expect on lead time and pricing when you request a quote.

JLYPT runs CNC machine manufacturing and parts machining in the same facility. That combination matters for part buyers: the engineers who build our machining centers also support the programming side of production jobs, so feedback between machine performance and part quality never gets lost between two separate vendors.

Custom Parts We Machine

We produce custom CNC parts across the common processes, from one-off prototypes to scheduled volume production. Our workshop currently runs more than 500 monthly part variations:

  • 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling for housings, brackets, structural components, and contoured parts
  • CNC turning for shafts, fittings, bushings, and round parts, including live-tool work
  • Grinding and finishing operations for tight tolerances and low Ra surface requirements
  • Wire EDM for hardened materials and fine features that cutting tools cannot reach
  • Surface treatment management: anodizing, electroplating, powder coating, passivation, and painting, handled in-house or through audited partners

Materials We Work With

We machine more than 60 certified metals and plastics. Common selections include aluminum alloys (6061, 6063, 7075), carbon and alloy steels, stainless steels (304, 316, 17-4 PH), titanium Ti-6Al-4V, brass, and engineering plastics such as POM, PEEK, nylon, and PTFE. Material certificates are supplied with shipments on request. If you are still deciding on a material, our guide to CNC machining materials compares the main options by strength, cost, and machinability.

Tolerances and Quality Control

How our machining capabilities compare with general industry benchmarks:

Every order passes automated optical inspection plus first-article and in-process checks. Full dimensional reports travel with the parts, so your incoming inspection can be checked line by line against ours.

Case Highlights

Automotive Transmission Components

A global Tier 1 supplier needed gear tooth profiles held to 0.001 mm across a one million piece annual volume. We built custom cutting tools for the job and ran in-process laser measurement on the line. The result: 30% higher production yield and zero field failures reported.

Aerospace Structural Parts for a UAV Manufacturer

7075-T6 aluminum structural parts with a 5:1 strength-to-weight requirement. High-speed machining at 25,000 RPM combined with cryogenic deburring delivered a 40% weight reduction versus the previous design, with 100% of parts NDT certified.

Medical Implant Parts

Ti-6Al-4V ELI implant components with articular surfaces finished to Ra 0.1 μm. Production ran in a medical-grade cleanroom using micro-milling, achieving 99.9% biocompatibility conformance with no reported post-operative infections.

Lead Times, MOQ, and Shipping

Send a STEP, IGES, or DXF file and you get a quote with a lead time within 24 hours on working days. Prototypes typically ship in 5 to 10 working days; production orders run 2 to 4 weeks depending on quantity and surface treatment. There is no minimum order quantity, and single-piece trial orders are welcome. We ship worldwide by air (3 to 7 days) or sea (20 to 35 days), with DDP terms available so you do not handle customs separately.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you machine parts from my existing drawings?

Yes. We work from STEP, IGES, DXF, and PDF drawings. If a drawing has ambiguous tolerances or callouts, our engineers flag them before quoting rather than guessing.

What is your minimum order quantity?

One piece. Prototype and trial orders are a normal part of our workload, and repeat orders pick up the same process data so results stay consistent.

How do you control quality before shipping?

First-article inspection on every new part number, in-process checks during production, and a final dimensional report packed with the shipment. Material certificates are included on request.

How long does shipping take?

Air freight reaches most destinations in 3 to 7 days; sea freight takes 20 to 35 days. DDP shipping is available, which means duties and customs clearance are handled on our side.
